I am always on the lookout for different art supplies for my children. One is a budding artist at nine years old and the other is 2. So, anything that will make a mark captures his attention.
I received a box of eight dot markers. Dot markers? What in the world are those? I was eager to find out and so was my son - especially since the box had bright colors and little
puppies on it. The colors are very vibrant and include purple, brown, pink, green, orange, red, yellow and blue. These markers are constructed like bingo markers - you know, those markers that leave one perfect circle on whatever number was called. These would make interesting artwork!
Right now, the only two things that I have an issue with are the wrappers - they come off very easily - and the markers are not washable. Call me spoiled, but I like my toddler to have washable markers and if they are not, then he needs constant supervision.
However, my daughter loves these and has made a variety of flower pictures with dots. It's like looking at one of those comic book paintings. This is a fun box of markers.
Full disclosure: I was sent this product free of charge in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.
