Review: Dauber Dawgs Dot Activity Book: Animal Edition

If you have small children, you understand the value of a coloring book or activity book.  Sometimes, though, the same old humdrum books will not make the cut. They will not keep your child or children entertained. Then, they sit on a shelf and collect dust.
I recently received this activity book along with some Dauber Dawgs Dot Markers. It was a perfect combination.
My son, who is a rambunctious 2-year-old, had a fun time with the markers and the activity book. Granted, since he is two, he was not able to place the dots in the corresponding locations, but he thoroughly enjoyed the cuteness of the animals. He loved Frida the Frog and Patrick the Penguin.
My oldest daughter (who is nine) used the dot markers on Alvin the Alligator and it was very Christmasy! Red and green dots all over! So cute, but the activity book was too juvenile for her. She did one and then was done. So, it's great for the littler kids. For the older kids, not so much.
Full disclosure: I was sent this product free of charge in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.
